My heart is best expressed in the words of the Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi:

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace,
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy;

O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love.

For it is in giving that we receive;
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

My full time vocation is in the field of Social Work as a Certified Criminal Justice and  Addictions Professional.  I've been working at a local non-profit youth agency for 8 years, where I educate and counsel young adults 18 years of age and older.

Along with the love and passion for my children and grandchildren, my next greatest passion is my love for humanity, and the global healing of humanity and the Earth.  It is that passion, along with my own experience of healing through Reiki, that led me to Reiki as a Practitioner, Teacher and spiritual practice.  I do not practice any religion, but I believe there is a "golden thread" of truth that runs through all religions; it is that thread which I seek and follow in my personal life and spiritual practices.

Though I currently practice Reiki on evenings and weekends, it is my primary focus of expanding into full time practice, teaching and offering workshops in WV and elsewhere.  I give Reiki sessions, facilitate Reiki support group meetings, classes and attunements for Reiki Levels 1, 2 and 3 in the upstairs loft area of my home.

Along with my passion for Reiki, I have a passion for Earth centered practices such as Native American and other Earth centered spiritual practices.  The Earth is an Expression of Divine Feminine Energies, and I believe a return to Divine Feminine practices is much needed in our 5,000+ years of Patriarchal practice.  We are, now, in process of energetic shifts to balance Divine Feminine and Masculine energies.  I also teach such practices in my Reiki training. 

What I share from experience or insight is simply what I've found works for me in my particular soul.  But my soul tells me that what I experience, others are experiencing; for we are not so different, you and I.  We are of the same Heart of Oneness, the same Soul of Source and on the same journey, at the same time.  So if my experiences can help another person, and your experiences can help me, then we have honored a Divine Agreement to meet in this place and at this time to help each other along the path of Life on this journey.

I facilitate a Reiki Share group in Morgantown, WV.  The meetings are by announcement.  If you are interested in attending, please contact me and I will add you to my email list with details prior to each Share.  The Share Group is for any level of Reiki.
